Right Recruitment can take full ownership of the Client induction process ensuring inductees have been appropriately pre-screened
Fulfilment of requirements
When there is a strong core of permanent staff and when there is an ongoing requirement for flexible labour to supplement the workforce
Managing and Driving Performance
In addition to the daily management and administration of temporary staff we will work in partnership with our Client to improve productivity
KPI's and Management Reporting
We commit to delivering a suite of reports that will provide our Client with up to date information and create an environment for continuous improvement
Welfare and Retention of Staff
The continuity of staff provided to our Client is paramount to maintaining skill and productivity levels
Contract Management
Right Recruitment propose to act as Lead Vendor for our Client contract
Legislation and Charging Structures
Right Recruitment will manage the Contract in line with our client Derogation. This will protect our client from higher costs as temporary staff pass milestones in their employment timeline
