All company storage locations that hold personal data are secure. This includes our CRM database, file locations and remote access.

New policies have been created to ensure data meets the “data minimisation” principles and that personal information is stored, archived and deleted compliantly.

We have procedures in place to identify, assess, investigate and report any data breach at the earliest possible time.

Third Party Disclosures

If you are undertaking a temporary assignment via ourselves, we will use a 3rd party payroll company to process the weekly payroll and the Umbrella Company of the worker will also be supplied personal data. The data supplied will be relevant and only used for the purposes of weekly payroll and related processes (HMRC requirements etc).

Subject Access Request

We have put in place procedures to accommodate a 30-day time frame for providing the requested information.

Data Processing

We have reviewed our data processing activities to ensure they are appropriate for a recruitment business and maintain records of our processing activities to ensure that our obligations under Article 30 of the GDPR are met.

Legitimate Interests

Right Recruitment 24-7 Limited collects and processes personal information under the principle of legitimate interests as defined under GDPR. We have undertaken the relevant assessments to ensure all personal data meets the legitimate interests' criteria.

We collect information on you that is solely necessary for the purposes of running a recruitment business. Examples of such information are your name, the companies you have worked for, documentation required to prove eligibility to work in the UK and for any role requiring a professional qualification, any relevant contact details required to reach you, any relevant information in relation to your skills and experience gained during your career and banking details (select number of temporary contractors). We also maintain a CRM database so that we can ensure we comply with all relevant legislation such as recording any third party interviews we arrange and the communication of all offers made.

As well as collecting information that you may provide to us we also collect information from a number of publicly available sources such as Companies House, LinkedIn, corporate websites, online CV sites, trade press, published corporate material as well as personal recommendations and referrals.

From time to time, we may ask you to provide information relating to protected characteristics, such as your race, age or marital status. This information enables us to collate data to monitor diversity and helps us to ensure that our recruitment activities are operating fairly and without bias. This information will never be used during an application process or shared with any other third party.
